This site is a set of reviews with a job board attached. There is no account to make and no cookie banner to dismiss, because it sets no cookies and there is nothing to sign in to.

One thing is measured — clicks on the Apply links — and one thing is kept only if you ask: your email, for new-role alerts. What follows is the whole of it, not a summary of it.

Apply buttons are referral links — see the affiliate disclosure for what that means. Pressing one sends you straight to the platform, so there is no page of ours left for a script to measure it from. The click is recorded on our own server instead, as one row. Six things go into that row, and unless you arrived from one of our ads (see below), these are all of them:

There is no identifier anywhere in that row. Two clicks by one reader and two clicks by two readers are indistinguishable to us, which is the intent. The rows are counted in aggregate — clicks per platform, per day, per specialty — and are not shared or sold.

Our ad links carry tags in the address that name the ad, such as utm_source=reddit. When you land with tags like these, the page keeps them in your browser's session storage, which empties when you close the tab, and adds them to the Apply links you press in that tab. The click row then gets five more entries: the ad's source, medium, campaign and ad name, and the page you landed on, as a path only. Arriving any other way adds nothing.

If you came from a Reddit ad and press Apply, our server also tells Reddit that an Apply click happened, with the click ID Reddit put in your landing address, so Reddit can count which ads lead to applications. No Reddit script runs on this site and no cookie is set. Nothing else about you goes to Reddit: no IP address, no user agent, no email.

We store your email address, the specialty and pay floor you picked, and when you signed up and confirmed. Nothing else: no IP address, no user agent. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link, and every alert has a one-click unsubscribe that deletes the whole entry. Emails are sent through Resend, which handles the address only to deliver them. No tracking pixels, and links in the emails carry only a tag saying they came from an alert.

This list is longer than the one above, and deliberately so. None of the following is stored, anywhere, at any point:

The resume matcher and the pay calculator run entirely in your browser. The resume you paste and the numbers you enter are never uploaded, sent or stored — there is no request to a server in either of them, so we could not read them if we wanted to.

Apart from the ad tags above, the one thing kept on your device is your light-or-dark choice, saved in your browser's local storage so the page doesn't flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It stays there and is never sent anywhere.

For page views, the only measurement tool this site will use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, builds no profile of you across sites, and reports aggregate page counts rather than people. It may or may not be switched on at the moment you read this. Either way, nothing in the two lists above changes.
