Privacy
This site is a set of reviews with a job board attached. There is no account to make and no cookie banner to dismiss, because it sets no cookies and there is nothing to sign in to.
One thing is measured — clicks on the Apply links — and what follows is the whole of it, not a summary of it.
When you click an Apply link
Apply buttons are referral links — see the affiliate disclosure for what that means. Pressing one sends you straight to the platform, so there is no page of ours left for a script to measure it from. The click is recorded on our own server instead, as one row. Six things go into that row, and these are all of them:
- the time you clicked
- which platform the link went to
- which listing, when you clicked one for a specific role
- that role's specialty — Law, Medicine, Robotics and so on
- which page of this site you clicked from, as a path only: /opportunities, not the full address
- the two-letter country code Cloudflare attaches to the request
There is no identifier anywhere in that row. Two clicks by one reader and two clicks by two readers are indistinguishable to us, which is the intent. The rows are counted in aggregate — clicks per platform, per day, per specialty — and are not shared or sold.
What is not recorded
This list is longer than the one above, and deliberately so. None of the following is stored, anywhere, at any point:
- your IP address
- your user agent — it is read once, in memory, to recognise obvious crawlers so the counts mean something, and is never written down
- cookies, of any kind, first-party or otherwise
- any account, session or visitor identifier
- anything you typed — the query string of the page you came from is dropped before the path is stored, because a search or a filtered board carries your words in it
- any fingerprint: no canvas, no font or screen probing, no device hashing
The tools run on your device
The resume matcher and the pay calculator run entirely in your browser. The resume you paste and the numbers you enter are never uploaded, sent or stored — there is no request to a server in either of them, so we could not read them if we wanted to.
The one thing kept on your device is your light-or-dark choice, saved in your browser's local storage so the page doesn't flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It stays there and is never sent anywhere.
Measuring the site itself
For page views, the only measurement tool this site will use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, builds no profile of you across sites, and reports aggregate page counts rather than people. It may or may not be switched on at the moment you read this. Either way, nothing in the two lists above changes.
If this changes
This page is the complete list, not a summary of one. If the site starts recording something that isn't named above, it gets added here first. Nothing here is written to leave room for something else later.
